This notice is prepared by SyntrixCode (the "Company") as data controller under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK").

2. Personal Data Processed

Through the contact and demo access forms on our website we process: full name, phone number, e-mail address, company name and the information you share in your message.

3. Purposes of Processing

Your personal data is processed solely to respond to your request, prepare proposals, introduce our services and carry out communication activities.

Your data is not added to marketing lists, sold or rented to third parties.

4. Transfer and Retention

Form data is stored on the servers of the cloud providers that make up our infrastructure (hosting and database) and is accessible only to authorised Company personnel.

Data is retained for as long as the processing purpose requires and is deleted within a reasonable period after your request is concluded.

5. Your Rights

Under Article 11 of KVKK you may learn whether your data is processed, request correction or deletion, and object to processing.

You may submit requests via the e-mail address on our contact page; applications are concluded within 30 days at the latest.
